Lead Mechanical/Electrical Superintendent Chatanooga, TN Signal Wind Energy December 2006 to January 2009 I started as a lead Electrical Superintendent overseeing all electrical activities. Assuring the job stayed on schedule and was completed in the most professional manner and according to contract and prints. I also lead and completed all final inspections on tower wiring and collection systems. I then took the position as Lead Mechanical Superintendent overseeing all erection activities including offload, component layout, completion assuring the turbines were 100 % complete for turn over to the client. Also I have assisted in a lot of safety roles and civil duties as I was needed. Some of these duties include site safety orientations, civil sequence according to schedule, and anything else the company needed done. I am the go to guy with the company. I have the most experience with GE, and Suzlon but also have been involved with Vestas and Clipper as well. General Manager Dumas, TX KAR Services October 2005 – December 2006 I oversaw all activities which include budgeting, safety, hiring, firing and all other duties that came with the position of general manager. I had a total of 30 employees in three different departments, this was a support contract company to Swift & Co in Cactus, TX.
Lead Mechanic Cactus, TX Swift & Company December 2004 – October 2005 I completed all maintenance, troubleshooting, installs and daily PMs that came with the factory duties. In this position I was both electrical and mechanical. I took this job to get experience to promote to the position I got directly following.
Assistant Director of Operations/Safety Officer Dumas, TX Moore County Hospital District July 2000 – January 2004 I assisted the director in all of his duties. This includes the maintenance of a 50 room hospital, 18 separate offices, not attached to the hospital. Also 60 bed nursing home next door. I was safety officer and conducted all monthly, quarterly, and yearly inspections and drills. I was name employee and leader of the year in December 2004 out of a total of 400+ employees.
United States Army & Reserves All over the States E-5 Buck Sergeant July 1996 – January 2004 Duties were 11Mike which is Mechanized Infantry and 88Mike which is a truck driver. I was honorably discharged in January 2004.
