This project for an application called R1 data integrated into UCD countries like AU, UK, IE, FR, DE. D2B receiver info is not available when a R1 customer logs into R3 to do a D2B transaction and customer has to re-enter the details. This issue was surfaced during R3 AU launch and is one of the reasons for increased CSC call volumes. Also, this is considered a blocker issue for upcoming R3 country launches (UK/IE/FR/DE) given the negative impact it has on R1 customers.
