SUMMARY

I have been working as a manager for my family’s pawnshop for the last 5 years. But I decided to make a change and pursue my passion for technology. I am ultimately looking to get a position as a database administrator or back-end developer. I am also very interested in streaming platforms. Data Sort

• The website takes in data from a user input and the selected sorting algorithm and shows steps the algorithm takes to sort it.

• We used python initially for its data visualization potential but ultimately did data visualization in JavaScript. I had to take input data which is in a datatype of a string and convert it to an array. Then Used string interpolation to log the changes in the array to be sorted into a format that could be printed and human readable.

• I did this to help me and others better understand how data is sorted and show. the faster and slower methods.

• I used HTML, CSS for the user interface.

• The project was made using different APIs that take in data from a picture of a receipt and stores it in an encrypted path and displays what was purchased and for how much. The back end was done in C#.

• I used the Auth0 API to streamline the login process and make sure unwanted users could not access data. I also was responsible for encrypting the Photo file path, so the user’s personal information was secure.

• I did my portion of the project to better understand cyber security.

• We made a proof of concept interface for an online school that included live streaming and live chat using signalR.
