**** – 2019 Director of Customer Support. Worldwide Express, Sacramento, CA Managed the support team for Northern California, providing top tier customer service for over 400 customers for their logistics, project management, and IT needs.
● Hired and trained all members of the support department, support sales team in their hiring for the Sacramento office.
● Personally served our largest accounts including Ray Morgan Co, PECO Controls/INSPX, and RDM Industrial Products.
● Acted as the sole member of the IT support team for all WWEX products, purchasing equipment, and maintaining IT services contracts.
● Primary point of contact for all International, Customs, and Clearance questions.

● Sole IT contact for the franchise, making recommendations for all purchases, handled on site repairs for company equipment at customer locations.
