Responsibilities

Preparing the daily reports on daily basis and submitting it to the project manager for his review and approval.

Controlling and directing resources to accomplish the works as per the milestones provided.

Executing the works as per the IFC and shop drawings.

Inspection of the site to identify the damages caused by the rain and from the utilities inside the facility with the client and loss adjuster.

Deriving the scope for the identified snags and segregation of them for assigning to the general maintenance and project contractors.

Co-ordination with the loss adjuster for maintaining a database of the identified snags and updating on daily basis.

Attending the co-ordination meetings with the maintenance and other contractors for assigning the work requests as per the derived scope.

Providing the contractors with the mark up drawings and for deriving the quantity to be mentioned in the quote.

Reviewing the prepared quote by the contractors with the marked up drawings made as per the site visit and making the necessary corrections in co-ordination.

Uploading the received quotes from the contractors and updating in the loss adjuster’s system for maintaining the database.
