KPI Optimization post re-farming: Multi-Carrier strategy (load balancing), traffic reduction, and high PRB utilization in LTE sites.

Conduct traffic balance between L18, L26 and L21 layers post re-farming.

Perform and supervise SSV and cluster level drive tests to verify network issues and performance.
