Project Manager II « MAUANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH, PALMER, ALASKA, 2007-2008 » Developed scope of work, budget, project plans, specifications, and managed construction for Wasilla High School Remodel Phase III Remodel ($3.5M).

Provided several cost estimates for projects considered by the Borough. Evaluated cost estimates provided to the borough by others on projects up to $18M. Performed all project management services including cost estimate and analysis on project, executed several key change orders, negotiated with Alaska Housing and HUD for value added engineering including civil and architectural modifications. ($3M)

Expert Witness for VECO. « ANCHORAGE, ALASKA, 1997 » Used estimating and cost analysis expertise to determine validity of claim dispute between a Fairbanks contractor and VECO.

Estimator and Construction Consultant for Karl Brothers, Inc. « NORTH POLE, ALASKA, 1995-1997 » Estimated and competitively bid several remote projects ($3>7M) for startup 8a. Sample of projects include the Healy Clean Coal project, North Star Off-Shore Drilling Island, Badami Oil Field, Red Dog Expansion, and a long term maintenance contract with the military.
