Include :
Produce drawing using computer assisted drafting systems (CAD) .
Responsible for building Cad Drawings based on information provided by clients and engineers.
Draft plans and detailed drawings for structures, installations, and construction projects such as Multi storied buildings, apartments, villas,warehouses,labor accommodation fences etc. working from sketches or notes.
Supervising all the above works and submitting the progress of all works daily to the concern authorities.
Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from engineers to ensure that they conform to design concepts.
Analyze all drafts for project in coordination with project personnel and revise all drawings as per client requirement.
Daily reporting to manager for progress work.
Submittals as per project specification.
Preparing plans, coordinating with engineers, and checking with the clients.
Responsible for deploying workforce.

Prepairing Mep Co-ordination drawing as per consultant given notes and project specification.
Update Drawing submission schedule as per Mile stone target date.
Preparing all services shop drawing Co-ordinate with Engineer’s and other draftsman. Drawing are such as : LPS, ELV,Cable tray layout, conduit layout, HVAC, Sanitary,Portable water
,Storm water,sprinkler layout, LPG and .Keep maintaining Drawing submission transmittal record & log.
Attended the meeting with construction manager and other engineers clarify drawing issues and comments and finally prepare and submit drawing as discussed.
Support to Co- Draftsman and other colleagues to achieve the project target schedule.
I have been worked as Structural Senior Draftsman in Afrise Contracting LLC In Dubai from Feb 2018 to Dec 2018.
As a senior draftsman in the responsibility to produce and gain approval of shop drawing on before start of site mobilization and rest of that preparing conceptual drawing for tender bidding also prequalification documents as well. Further we directly involved routine site visit and take measurement and report to estimation department to prepare interim bills and I had worked as a light gauge steel building Detailer with knowledge of vertex bd software.
I worked as a Auto-Cad Civil Draftsman in Qatar speed house private company In Qatar from Nov 2013 to Dec 2017 and I achieved experience in RCC and Steel Structure(both basic and shop) such as Hot rolled,Cold rolled structure portable cabins, warehouses, mosque, Accommodation and RCC structure villas etc. Apart of drafting i have sufficient knowledge of preparing BOQ, Quotation, BBS, Pre – Qualification (Profile,MST,JSA,..),Document controlling… etc. On same esteemed organization I am being function as Vertex Bd software operator and light gauge steel building design Detailer.
Worked as trainee an Auto-Cad Draftsman in building department trincomalee for close to 8 months (from Feb 2012 to Nov-2012).
