Involving multiple phases of design process (part, assembly, Sheetmetal, weldments, detail drawing, geometric tolerance and documents).

Supporting to the onsite engineer and involving value stream engineering projects.

Creating the part numbers, model descriptions, ECO Numbers with respect to the organization in ERP.

Creating a hydraulic hose routing layout and hose clamps design by genie calculation guide.

Done:

Complete conceptual DFM, development, release and engineering changes across, machine functions like structure, motion transmission, hydraulic system, traction (under carriage) for special purposed hydraulic drilling machines.

Create the top-level assemblies and convert to the multi-level drawings like transport, assembly line, customer, internal reviews.

Communicate with CFT and collaborate with them to review the projects by weekly basis

Provide necessary drawings and other engineering change documents (ECO / ECR) for improvements in cost and performance.

Generate the design validation document and fill according with the machine trial report. Assure whether the machine is fit to the design qualification.

Design the structural frames for platform, mast and motor/pump mountings by using 3D sketch and weldments.

Sheet metal drawing for fuel tanks, control panels, canopy and trays for hose routings.

Involve in troubleshooting for service vehicles, gearboxes, valves and cylinders.

Assign with the selection of bearings, cylinders & other hydraulic equipment. (motors, pumps, valves).

Prepare BOM (Bill of materials), user manuals, warranty terms & conditions, maintenance chart

(service hours) for replaceable parts.

Provide hydraulic circuits for functional operations. Projects done in PRD RIGS

Project 1- New Model & Drawing creation for Hole matcher 50.

Project 2- Development of Mast and hydraulic routing for EX- 65.
