I am a diligent individual who is highly organised and self-motivated to continue my own professional development of a qualified Physiotherapist. I have attained two British Bachelor of Science degrees within the United Kingdom. Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy. Having already gained a vast clinical experience within hospitals and private healthcare. Since my working career I have become an expert in the world of MSK and Orthopaedics. I have developed into a skilled professional in the diagnosing and assessment of a wide range of MSK conditions. I thrive to continue to develop within this area of physiotherapy.

I am developing and excelling daily with my skills in the use of manual therapy, exercise therapy, rehabilitation, acupuncture, sports massage and general health and fitness advice and guidance, to improve the quality of life and general welling of patients. Pure Physiotherapy offers the highest quality assessment, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. My caseload involved Clinicians work with elite professional athletes such as the European PGA Golf Tour and national sports teams. I also treated many patients who were referred by GP’s and medical consultants as well as self-referrals.

As a senior specialist MSK physiotherapist I assessed and treated all types of MSK conditions. Such as orthopaedics, MSK various cases, road traffic accidents, occupational health patients, paediatrics and some Neuro patients.

I used a wide range of treatment modalities on a daily basis from exercise therapy, manual therapy, mobilisations, acupuncture, one to one Pilates, sports massage, advice and guidance, sports rehabilitation, gait retraining, functional rehabilitation and elderly rehab. I covered a medical rotation for 6 months dealing with acutely ill patients with illnesses including lung cancer, COPD, asthma and many other complex chest pathologies. My role included chest physiotherapy and mobility assessment. I worked in an MDT on the medical wards I attended daily MDT meetings daily. I liaised often with nurses, OTs and doctors as well as other healthcare professionals. I became emergency on call trained which involved working with patients with various medical conditions on intensive and critical care wards. I frequently delivered suction and have developed competences in oxygen prescription, bird and cough assist.

I also worked on a stroke ward for 4 months to rehabilitate and mobilise acutely and chronically ill stroke patients. I used hoists daily, I became experienced in specialised seating for various stroke patient cases. Managed my own case load and worked in a team. Attended MDT meetings and board room meetings around patient’s goals. Ensured safe discharges for patient and referrals to community based physiotherapy a part as there the patients rehabilitation plan. Liaised frequently with patient families and friends. Ensured I provided the best neurological physiotherapy and care for all different types of stroke patients.
