1.Project name: Prestige Royal Woods

Project details: The fully gated project offers 152 Independent Duplex Villas for Residential.

Villas are designed in G+1 floor structure.

These above works are carried out strictly as per ‘BIS’ standard.

Roles & Responsibilities for the above projects:

Review design packages for electrical systems and equipment (i.e. Power & Distribution Transformers, Motors, Generators, High/Low Voltage Switchgear/Motor Control Center (MCC),including drawings.

Electrical Design calculations (Transformer Sizing, DG Sizing, Voltage Drop, Short Circuit, Cable Sizing, Bus Bar, Circuit Breakers, Contactor, Relay, ).

Preparation of SLD, Control Circuit & fabrication drawings for PCC, MCC, APFC, Synchronization & Automation panels.

Responsible for Laying of cables underground and with cable trays .Complete execution of internal wiring with conduits.

Provide electrical design and ensure that all designs and drawings are checked to the required standard and quality

Gathering the quantity of power required for building .Concentrating on Clients Requirement

Power cables and transformer sizing according to the power consumption. Preparation of Electrical Layout Drawings Using AutoCAD.

Travelling to various locations for servicing and troubleshooting. Giving prompt and effective attention to emergency call received during and after working hours.

Designing grounding system for all the equipment’s.

Knowledge in reading and troubleshooting electrical power & control wiring drawing.

2.Project name: Sharath City Capital Mall. (India Largest Mall).

Project details: Area-1400000 Sft.

Total load connected to building: 20MVA.

Total transformers connected: 8 No’s.

Transformers connected for main load: 5 transformers of 2500 KVA.

Transformers Connected for HVAC: 1500KVA (2 No’s) &2500KVA (1 No).

Main incomer connected: 4000 Amps ACB (5No’s) for Utility and Lightening Load.

Main incomers connected for HVAC: 2500 Amps (2No’s) and 4000Amps (1No).

The above work is carried out strictly as per ‘BIS’ standard.

Roles & Responsibilities for the above projects:

Responsible for day - to - day Electrical Engineering & construction activities, including design verification & calculations, material & equipment selections, services coordination,testing and commissioning as per BIS standard.

Ensure the availability and usage of the materials at site to specified requirements, with minimum wastage of materials.

Supervise technicians, technologists, programmers, analysts, and other Engineers.

Developed PLC program for the parking lot application equipped with HMI and Motor Starters with forward – reverse with HMI, Programming for various Ammeter, Voltmeter and Energy meter with different loads.

Complete knowledge of panel boards and its comprising equipment’s

Responsible for installation, modification, testing of Change Over Switch (ATS), AMF Interlocking of Contactors, Power & Control circuit diagrams for various motor starters like DOL, Star Delta, Soft, VFD, Forward Reverse selected suitable hardware & components for HT and LT feeder .

Designing grounding system for all the electrical equipment and Installing Lightning Arrestors on the sites.

Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical activities.

Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.

Ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.

Give clients and customers training on the usage of panel boards.
