Project Manager: (Client: Banking Client, UK) Jul 2019 – Nov 2019 Managed and delivered an RPA solution for complex use cases using UI Path RPA tool. This involved use cases from the reconciliations portfolio o This project involves the Automation of reconciliation of 100,000+ transactions on daily basis after applying complex business rules which are around 100 in number. o The average handling time will reduce by almost 60% with more than 95% accuracy. o Automated around 8 use cases which involved both RPA as well as custom automation solution using .NET engine.
o The use cases involve re conciliation of transactions for different account type. o We had implemented around 8 use cases, all of them were un attended BOT. o Manage the team through all the phases (Discovery thro Hyper care) Project Manager: (Client: Telecom, Australia) May 2018 – Mar 2019 Led the team as a Feature Team Lead for the module named End to End order visibility which gives the near real time event based solution
o Part of the “End to End Order visibility” system team of near-real time solution for event based applications.
o Event generated from multiple upstream systems channel into Kafka/Kinesis topic for event identification and stitching. o Correlated event information for the customer used by downstream systems and visualization engine (Build on D3JS)
o Solution uses Infosys Nia AI/Big Data platform as well as AWS EMR services for processing and persistence.
Technology Lead: (Client: Telecom, US) Mar 2016 – Apr 2018 The application caters the enterprise customers of the telecom client. The application renders the locations of products and also supports ticketing functionality, which facilitates the End user to raise Incidence tickets.
o Worked as the Technical Lead/developer in this application, o Involved in Development and further support for UI services that involves rendering of various functionalities.
Technology Lead: (Client: Banking, Singapore) March 2015 – Feb 2016 Bank embarked on a Digital Transformation journey aiming to roll out the Next Generation Applications to its end users. The objective focused on Seamless User Experience across the channels of communication (PC, Tablets and Smartphones), Real time analytics and Business Intelligence that can help improve the Business Value to the Bank. It uses online banking as a platform to give more convenience by performing the tasks. The current projects activities involve the re-engineering of the application to the new emerging Ember JS platform with the enhancements requested.
