Responsible for USA Data Center Servers 100% Availability.

Support enhancements for Phoenix and Mesa Data centers.

Involved in the preparation of Project Plan, Project Road Map and Infrastructure Planning

On-call production support and troubleshooting Linux, AIX server’s issues.

Part of hardware consolidation, relocating, decommissioning and setting up new hardware in DC.
