The business consists of 3 original acquisitions with incomplete mergers, one recent acquisition and the parent entity. The infrastructure consisted of 2 unique technology stacks, one legacy on-prem stack and one TBD next generation cloud centric stack supporting a nationally distributed fast-growing users base across 3+ and growing number of locations. The following was accomplished in the first 9 months requiring 2+ months overtime to meet business objectives with essentially one admin and myself.

● Provided vision for multi-year Enterprise Technical and Security road map for financial startup addressing all near and long term transformation needs, integrating multiple incomplete previous mergers with next generation cloud-based platforms.

● Initiated Corp security program driving initial internal review and remediation and then engaged consultants for initial security assessment. Responsible for all aspects of physical and systems security, driving security assessment and remediations

● Setup new temporary call center in Regus facility in Houston TX in just 3 day period in Jan 18.

● Completed new Boston HQ Buildout on schedule after resignation of key team member 5 weeks prior to new HQ move in date requiring 80hr work weeks and de-prioritization of non-essential tasks to overcome resource gaps.

● While planning buildout of permanent 800 agent Houston based call center, I was instructed to close the Boston office and relocate its infrastructure to Houston to establish the new HQ/Call center.

● Drove 3 vendor, 2 network stack bake-off selecting PaloAlto Firewalls and Aruba switch and AP stack.

● Lead consulting engagement to design and implement network and infrastructure as template for new offices and call centers

● Lead selection and implementation of next generation Masergy Cloud PBX provider.
