1. Nexus Builders (Pvt) Ltd (Mar 2019 till to date) Manager Procurement & Contracts

Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading procurement team regarding Ongoing project’s procurement and sites store management.

Responsible for leading contracts and Commercial Section’s team regarding bidding, estimation & billing.

2. Islamabad International Airport Project (July 2017 till to Feb 2019) Electrical Lead Engineer

Client: Civil Aviation Authority Pakistan

Consultant: MMP Pakistan

This Project Consist of 11kV Cargo Substation, 17 Kiosk Type Substation, 18 Diesel Generator sets with ATS Panels, 10 Ring Main Units, Medium Voltage Cable direct buried 26 Km and Low voltage Cable 175 Km for all Security Watch Towers and Fence Lighting Poles. Total cost of the project was 1.35 Billion and duration was 6 months.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all electrical inspections related to installations, testing, Commissioning etc.

To conduct inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical installations.

To conduct inspections for all electrical material deliveries.

To attend all electrical inspection with client/contractor representatives. To submit inspection requests in coordination with concerned site/project engineers.

Prepare method statements and ITPs in coordination with QA/QC senior engineers and other Project engineers.

Prepare daily QA/QC report regarding inspections, material, Non conformances etc.

Check the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance according to Project Requirements.

Prepare weekly surveillance reports, non-conformance reports and verification of corrective actions.

Preparation of testing and commissioning method statements in coordination with Vendors, QA/QC engineers and project engineers.

Routine inspection for the Electrical work activities and Inspection of incoming Client materials.

Inspection installation of HV/LV Cables & Cable Testing such as (Continuity Test & Insulation Resistance Test).

Erection, Installation, testing & Commissioning of High Tension Switchboard, Transformer, Low Voltage Panel & related all work.

Supervise the MEP work carried out is as per approved shop drawing and within the time frame and WORK EXPERIENCE (7 Years)

Responsible for getting quotations from vendors and making comparatives for equipment/product according to technical Specifications.

Prepare the Technical submittal of different equipment to take the approval from the client

To submit the technical Submittal and in coordination with client/consultant/designer.

To perform coordination with vendors for product delivery.

To attend FAT for the product and submit the FAT report.

To perform Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Ring Main Units, Kiosk Type substation, HT, LT, PFI panels, Transformers.

In coordination with site supervisors for cable laying etc. 4. Solar House Engg. Services (Pvt.) Ltd. (Sept 2016 till Mar 2017) Project Engineer
