Coordinated the safe and efficient delivery of 13.6M gallons of fuel during over 9k refueling evolutions with 0 mishaps in direct support of 19 Command Strike Fighter Wing Atlantic squadrons and numerous transient aircraft.

Obtained daily fuel samples and inspection of 15 mobile fuel trucks and 21 high capacity refueling hydrants contributed to the 100% mission readiness of the NAS Oceana Fuel Division.

Managed a team of 5 employees that maintained, weapon systems that directly contributed to 94% sortie rate in direct support of Operation Inherent Resolve.

Mentored 3 employees with their professional growth resulted in their promotion and increased the department’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Maintained 8 ATFLIR pods that provided aircrew with valuable training and contributed to the mission readiness to the squadron.

Strike Fighter Squadron Three One May 2008 – August 2013

Trained, Led 6 member team in preparation and flawless execution of an inspection ready weapon system functional check during Conventional Weapons Technical Proficiency Inspection.

Managed, maintained, and adhered to the strict guidelines of NAS Oceana classified material resulting in valuable full mission capable avionics systems for aircrew training.

Led the incorporation 12 upgraded avionics system components that increased aircraft mission readiness.

Maintained 8 ATFLIR pods during 2 combat deployments contributing to over 98% successful delivery of ordnance on precision targets in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Inherent Resolve.

Fleet Readiness Center Southeast October 2005 – May 2008

Qualified, trained 24 employees in CPR that insured 100% qualified employees within the department.

Trained junior employees in emergency radios led to their qualification that contributed to decreased time to reliably for 12 days to 7 days.
