I am a graduate from Emory University: Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing’s Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Program and a board certified NNP. I have seven years of nursing years of experience as a Neonatal nurse, working as staff and travel nurse in level 2-3 NICUs in Florida, North Carolina and Wisconsin caring for premature and sick infants from 23-week gestation through term as well as surgical patients.

During my nurse practitioner rotations, I received clinical experience working in outpatient and NICUs level 2-4. This involved managing care ranging from delivery room as well as pre and post-operative care. My clinical experience also includes conducting physical assessments, ordering diagnostic tests, formulating plan of care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Furthermore, I have experience in working with various electronic medical record programs. This position provides the opportunity for me to apply the skills I have garnered from my clinical experience, as well as apply the knowledge and skills from my neonatal nurse experience.
