Principal Manufacturing Engineer

Worked in RTG developing best centerless grinding practices. Developed a new process using super abrasives that eliminated striations with a realized cost savings for Medtronic in DBS where we are grinding MP35N and PU at the same time.

Ground all types of Nitinol and have developed best grinding technology to achieve the desired specifications.

Completed PCT and DVT for launch of new products.

Developed new grinding processes using many new abrasive types including super-abrasives. Design and implement machine upgrades to take advantage of these new wheels. Improved all grinding processes using Q prime and AGGR algorithms to meet customer CPK requirements.
