Electricity Price Prediction – Boston Region:

Implemented ARMA-GARCH models in SAS with 20,000 past price observations extracted from LCG Energy Online to predict hourly electricity price.

AR (1)-EGARCH (1,3) model gave the lowest error indicators out of all the 10 models that were tested.

Demographic Analysis – State of California:

Analyzed how poverty, unemployment, housing crowding and education attainment was related to each other and influenced by ethnicity and different regions.

Datasets from California Health and Human Services (CHHS) were merged to conduct statistical tests and regression models
