Position: Lead Vacuum Installer

Responsibilities: I am responsible for layout of jobs, drilling and piping jobs, running low voltage for vacuum systems to make sure vacuums run correctly and putting doors on for vacuums. Responsible for service work to see why systems are not running properly and fixing the problems. I am responsible for scheduling work for me and other technicians. I was also responsible for using fork lift to put product away on shelves and using scissor lift to install piping on commercial jobs.

Position: Mill Work Customer Respresentative

Responsibilities: I was responsible for helping customers with ordering what they needed for their particular projects. Showing customers where to find what they needed if we carried it in the store. If not, then I would order the item for them. Suggesting what products I thought was best for their projects. Putting away mil work in it’s correct location. This involved using fork lifts, boom lifts and cherry pickers.

Position: Lead Carpenter

Responsibilities: Roofing, flooring, framing, drywall, electrical, HVAC and general carpentry work. Using lulls, scissor lifts, boom lifts to do work on facades.

1991 to 2002: Oeistreicher Construction, New York, NY

Position: Foreman

Responsibilities: Layout of jobs, framing walls, sheet rocking, acoustical ceilings, grid work, black iron, insulating, sound board. Set up and used baker scaffolding, pipe scaffolding and scissor lifts.
