I have a total of forty four years of experience in Information Systems. This includes backup/restores, operations, and scripting/programming with old and new software and hardware. Nineteen years of TSM ADMINISTRATOR work with Twelve plus years contracting for TSM Engineering. Seven years as a Disaster Restore Specialist. I am a dedicated, loyal employee and a team-oriented professional.

EXPERIENCE

Disaster Recovery every quarter, have done 7 live testing. Had to rewrite old procedures

Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain SpectrumTSM Backup system within active DR environment.

Update Daily Backups to run all storage groups and faster times (aka more efficient)

Maintain over taxed TSM 3585 Tape Libraries (2) at DR Site and home, over 500 TB outside of Tape Libraries

Migrate all backups from BWC to Ohio Institute of Technology (OIT), from tape to disk

Upgrade Tivoli software package, TSM servers from 6.2.3 to 7.1.3, TSM Clients from 5.5 to

6.4.3, then upgraded again for migration 8.1.7 on Windows 2012 and above, 7.1.8.5 for Windows 2008 and below.
