• 2D Designs, 3D Modelling and Developed Load Testers for testing control cards by putting various loads subjected to a maximum capacity of 3000Kg & Braking System for our clients: TVS Motors, Sutlej Motors, Goenka Motor Pvt. Ltd.

• Worked along with the team of Sutlej Motors & Goenka Motors for body structure design of carriage loading vehicle.

• Designed Testers Chassis, Jigs & Fixtures for Electronic Control Card Testing Process for our clients: Luminous, HUL, Kent etc.

• Created drawings of Spot welding machine, Printing machine, Wire bonding machine & Device testing machine for semiconductors and reduced the cost by 40% .

• Ensured adherence to defect management procedures and information flow to all stakeholders.
