Job Description:
Conduct chemical analysis of body fluids on plasma/serum and urine such as E/U/Cr, LFT, Lipid profile, Calcium Etc.
Perform several hormonal tests with ELISA analyzers e.g Progesterone, prolactin and testosterone etc.
Perform urine tests using microscope or automatic analyzers to detect abnormalities.
Perform microbiological and related biological and biochemical examinations on clinical specimens
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and quality control for all reagents.
Conduct blood tests for transfusion purposes and perform blood counts.
Obtain specimens, cultivating, isolating and identifying microorganisms for analysis
Prepare standard volumetric solutions and reagents to be combined with samples, following standardized formulas or experimental procedures.
Perform testing procedures for the identification of communicable diseases
Supervise and instruct laboratory technicians and assistants.
Providing a routine daily report of already ran samples and results.
