Major accomplishment:
• Using Citrix WEM Profile management policies, I was able to create one PVS image for 6 separate Clinical departments. Giving each clinic a individual feel and look, while also consolidating maintenance and updates times on the backend.

• Citrix Products – My experience with Citrix products has been to provide and maintain access to both published desktops and applications. I supported over 20 production images with over 200 server’s connection using Citrix PVS as well as over 200 persistent VDI systems via Citrix DDC. I’m also supporting over 30 VDI systems via Citrix Cloud MCS. Using Citrix WEM and Citrix Policies I maintained and managed desktops, user access, printers, applications, and ports redirection access. Versions used: 7.6,7.15 LTRS
• Vmware vSphere – My experience with Vmware vSphere has been to create and maintain over 1,000 VM server’s and desktop. I used vSphere as our main hypervisor solution. Versions used: 6,6.7
• SCCM – My experience with SCCM has been with maintain correct windows updates and patches for all servers and desktops campus wide. As well as deploying Task sequence’s and applications to device collections and application store.

• Active Directory – My experience with AD has been to create and maintain domain accounts, computer accounts, security groups account’s, and OU’s.

• MalwareBytes Server – My experience with MalwareBytes has been to create and maintain the entire platform. Deploying both the server application and client end application, while also providing reports on security issues and trends. Installed and support on over 9,000 systems.
• Group Policy Management – My experience with GPO has been creating and maintaining domain level policies, and OU’s.
