Title: Optimization Of Recombinant Protein: Using Design of Experiment for E. coli Cells. Enzymes are very important in industries for different applications. Enzymes are naturally available from different microorganisms, but the availability of these enzymes are at a lower extent. The isolation and purification of these enzymes is very costly. So the cost of these enzymes is very high. It is therefore necessary to optimize the media by using the design of experiment. In order to increase the production of enzyme, the Plackett-Burman and the BoxBehnken method will data that will help us optimize use of dilute LB medium and also use of alternate components like glucose in the medium for obtaining maximum growth and protein production.
