·Maintain an organized office, keeping track of all paperwork that enters the office and filing it according to company retention policies. Receive paperwork for incoming trucks making sure operators are aware of what is coming in and supposed to leave the facility. Fill out the correct paperwork for reloaded trucks and making sure it gets to the correct drivers. I also set-up shipments for material to specific locations and help troubleshoot system errors when receiving material in.

·Worked as an assembly line inspector for the beginning of my work at Magna, checking to make sure the finished product from the line was in good shape, not missing any pieces nor had it obtained any damages.
