Manage the Induction programme with the HODs and employees.

HR Operations-

Prepare and provide all types of letters such as offer letter, Appointment, Confirmation, Extend Probationary Period, Absenteeism, Contract, Internship, Transfer, Warning, Increment, Experience Certificate, Relieving Letter, Revision of Designation/Promotion Letter etc.

Maintaining personal & confidential details (documents) of all employees and updating HRIS from time to time.

Implement HR Policies.

Keep a track of record to the procedure, processes, formats/forms.

Payroll & Time-Office Function-

Ensuring the timely credits of salary in bank accounts.

Maintain leave records of employees.

Generating monthly salary for all the employees.

Handling Statutory Compliance (PF & ESIC).

Responsible to answer employees query effectively.

Provide Salary Slip to employee on monthly basis.

Performance Appraisal-

Maintain the Track of Period completion for the appraisal process.

Co-ordinate and follow up with internal departments to ensure that the process is completed on schedule.

Maintain the employee performance rating in Employee Evaluation Database.

Exit Formalities-

Conducting exit interviews.

Preparation of F&F of the separated employees.

Maintain the record of employees leaving the service with all formalities.

Making the analysis from the output of the exit interview form and capturing basic reasons for attritions.

Employee Engagement -

Development and maintenance of Notice Board for knowledge and information sharing.

Celebrating Birthdays and Festivals and arranging various Events.

Conceptualize and design communication, e-mailers, announcements and posters for competitions and celebration activities organized on various occasions and festivals.

Employee Relations: -
