# PROJECT: QUALITY & QUANTITY AUDIT FOR UPGRADATION SITES

Indus Towers Ltd. is collaboration of Vodafone, Idea & Airtel, offers services to all telecom operators in the wireless space and other wireless service providers such as broadcasters and broadband service providers. Indus Towers with a portfolio of more than one lakh telecom towers is the largest tower company in the world. Indus towers is undertaking rollout of new sites in the 16 telecom circles of India and planning to seize opportunities arising from other parts of globe. Quality audit includes inspection of cell sites for quality tower & electrical works as per client requirement. Coordinating with TSP/PMC vendor to clear punch points (if any) at cell site. Preparing a report on the same and submit to client.

Role : Audit Engineer

Client : Indus Towers Ltd.

Equipment Used : Digital Multi-meter, Tool Kit, Earth resistance Tester.

Period : June-2016 to June-2017

Key Responsibilities:

Create a component database for all the Electrical/electronic & indirect materials Quality review of the component parameter attributes from datasheets.

Checking for proper installation & commissioning of electrical equipment’s (PIU, SMPS, Battery bank, DG, AC, DC ENERGY METERS etc.)

Monitor Component EOL and manage the component obsolescence

Enter and maintain component data and manufacturer information & approved vendor lists global database.

Hand over punch points to PMC vendor at site & following up to clear the same.
