Carbon Black cases consist of issues related to file getting blocked when any Person tries to execute it or access it as the file would have been categorized as Unapproved by company policies. Thus, we must find the root cause of the block and if justified allow the process to execute.

● Cases related to Symantec consists of issues where we must Quarantine a System on the network if it was infected by virus, then scan the system for Possible cause and if justified restore the system to appropriate region. The Issues also include cases from Cyber Threat Management team to ban a file by Providing file hash value and valid reason to block the file. After analysis of the File via various sources and result from Symantec we proceed with appropriate Action.

● McAfee was used for Drive Encryption purpose. The tool used was McAfee Policy Orchestrator.

● Handled Inbound/Outbound client calls from UK, USA, Middle East and routed Them to the concerned team.
