Role & Responsibilities (Current)
Currently working as a Resident Expert within the organization.
For the business perspective, playing a role as an SME & Team Lead for Deal Booking & Audit
(Quality Assurance).
Deal Booking:-
To board (book) various type of Loans (SME loans, SBA loans, Constructions loans etc.), Letter of Credits, Trade Advances, Inventory Advances and Banker’s Acceptance into the system.
To process Initial Funding and send out funds to customers directly.
To initiate Wires, DDA Transfer and prepare Cashier’s Check in order to process funding.
To Approve Wires and Cashier’s Check for teammates.
To ensure that there is no miss on funding (Wire, DDA Transfer or Cashier’s Check)
Volume planning and management for commercial loans (Terminations, Letter of Credit & Payoff Quotes Generation)
To ensure that we meet our SLA and same day deal booking TAT.
Make sure all the team mates are on same page (no knowledge gap).
To interact with clients on a daily Basis via E-mails, WebEx or Calls and workout with them for

new ideas of process improvements.
To update daily and monthly dashboard.
Monthly metrics calls with client to discuss the monthly volume and processing challenges.
To generate and execute new ideas in terms of tools creation to reduce errors and processing efforts.
Audit (Quality Assurance & Funding Approval):-
Currently I got new role into the team as a QA expert & Team Lead.
Doing quality check for the loans booked (boarded) by the processor.
Make sure everything is booked according to the credit agreement and financial errors.
Make sure all funding are done within the timeline (before wire cut-off)
To make sure that no misses on funding.
Approving the wires processed by user, it should be according the agreement.
Marking errors and floating the error reports to processors for correction and client for reporting purpose.
Prior Roles & Responsibilities
Loan Servicing (Letter of credit, Payoff Quotes Generation & Deal Terminations)
Servicing Simplifications. (BRD Preparation, User Accept Testing & Bugs Fixing) Loan Servicing:-
Funding to LC issuing banks against their invoices.
Daily activities in Letter of Credit (LC fee payments, LC amendments, LC renewals).
Liaising with different stakeholders within Commercial Lending Group.
To provide payoff quote to customers and loan servicer per their request.
To validate the payoff quote as per contract and the system (ACBS).
To process terminations requests per zero commitment report.
Created a tool to reduce TAT and enhance the accuracy % in terminations process for commercial lending group.
Servicing Simplifications:-
To simplify servicing work by introducing and executing the new ideas.
To act as a bridge between operation teams and IT team.
To write effective business requirements document (BRD)
To work closely with IT team to execute the new ideas into the system and help IT team to understand the business requirement document so that they could execute the same effectively right first time.
