Health and Safety Manager

Led a team of 1 Safety Professional, 1 Safety Assistant and 3 Registered Nurses.

Guided and advised the Nurses on Medical Surveillance and injury prevention programs and utilized my 24 years of Trauma Medicine experience to assist in determining whether an employee should be sent out for further medical care based on the company’s medical directives.

Supervised a team that developed a Pre-work Screen for all potential new hires, approximately 300 potential employees a year and a cost savings of $250.000.
