Analyzing all the Pre-qualification data’s received from all ADNOC Group of companies and concluding the final Pre-qualified Work groups / Product Groups for each suppliers.
Provide the correct template of PQ data’s to the IT department for uploading in to the Ariba system.
Assist in development of ADNOC-Ariba system and Interaction with IT departments and attending meetings for the implementation of the system.
Collect the data’s from ADNOC Group of companies and interpret data, identifying manufacturers / contractors / vendors and analyze results to report back to the centralized system.
Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels. · Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of the development.
Familiar in Materials Specification Coding Cataloguing in Oil Gas sound knowledge of computer operation.
