• Aware with all phases of EPC project cycle like Proposal Phase which includes (Review of tender document & Conceptualization; Pre-bid meeting; Split-up of scope; Pre-engineering; RFQ & Vendor Selection; Cost estimation; Technical and commercial offer; Submission of offer; Techno-commercial discussion; Result of offer etc.), Contracting Phase; Planning Phase; Engineering Phase; Procurement Phase; Construction Phase, Commissioning phase until handover of project and final dossier.

2) Experience to work as a Project Management Consultant (PMC) planning which includes the following;

• Aware with Project Gate closure system like Identification, Feasibility, SOR (Statement of requirement), FEED, Validation (Contract Action Phase), Project Execution, Operate/Monitor. Prepare the closure report for “FEED” and “Validation (Contract Action Phase)”.

• Experience in review of Tender Package, Review and evaluate the EPC contractor’s bid submission; attend Bid evaluation and send clarifications, Evaluation of Bidder’s response.

• Support in establishing of document control system and routing of documents flow (Letters in/out, MEMOs, Transmittals’ in/out for documents/deliverables) along with project engineer and document controller.

• Involve in establishing an engineering & non-engineering deliverables category (Approval, Review and Information) and duration for review/ approval cycle with code approval.

• Involved in Risk assessment & analysis and Lesson Learned for the project.

• Prepared Level-1 overall project phases schedule, L-2 contract action phase schedule and further update, monitor and generate the reports for same.

Project EF/1920 New Water Centre (NWC), located in the north of Kuwait, is to facilitate the increase in wash water demand associated with the crude production increase from 650 MBOPD up to 1000 MBOPD (Kuwait Oil Company) Kuwait. 2. Project EF/1901 New Gathering Centre (GC-29) in North Kuwait, It has planned to increase oil production to 1000 MBOPD from the current 650 MBOPD in the north Kuwait oil Field (Kuwait Oil Company) Kuwait.

3. Project EF/1927 New Crude Transit Line from North Kuwait to CMM (TL5), it is 48” crude transit pipeline from “Point A” in north Kuwait to “CMM” (Kuwait Oil Company) Kuwait.

Roles and Responsibilities;

• Prepared DSP3.1 (Decision Support Package 3.1 for EF/1927) upon completion of FEED engineering phase and prepared DSP3.2 (Decision Support Package 3.2 for EF/1920) upon completion of contract action phase and award of EPC contract.

• Preparation and updating of overall Level-1 Schedule (which include PGS) and Contract Action schedule as per KOC (Client) requirement.

• Review of Tender Package. Attend Bid evaluation in which review and evaluate the contractor’s bid submission like project execution plan, bid schedule, Manpower details & histogram submitted by the Bidders with the Bid documents and then send clarifications, evaluation of Bidder’s response.

Roles and Responsibilities;

• Upon award of contract involve in technical meetings with client Qatar Petroleum and our Management. Prepared method statements for project control & reporting procedure, Invoicing methodology & Invoicing Formats.

I. 2012 2013 PETRON ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION LTD, GAIL- PATA, INDIA

• Sr. Planning Manager since Mar-2012 to Oct-2013 for GCU project at GAIL, PATA. It was Composite Gas Cracker Unit (GCU) which includes mainly 700,000 ID piping (CS, SS and Alloy etc.) and about 480 nos. equipment (Static + Rotary) for erection.

• Report to General Manager-Planning at HO and assist to Construction Manager at execution site. It was a team of 6 planners including document controllers involved in prepare and control entire planning activities at site. Seven major sub-contractors were involved with peak strength about 680 direct and indirect to execute the construction work.

Roles and Responsibilities;

• Preparation of Baseline construction schedule and resources deployment plan. Establish the progress measurement & reporting system and materials control system. Established Cash flow plan, billing schedule from SOR. Page 6 of 7
