Client : Northern Coal Fields Limited (Subsidiary of C.I.L.) Domain : FIS, PIS, PAYROLL, MMS, S&M etc.

Online Integrated Coal Net System was designed to take care of the entire functional process of Coal India. The project is taken from IIT, Kharagpur. This system constitutes of eight modules some of which are Personnel Information System, Payroll Processing System, Finance Information System, Materials Management System, Equipment Monitoring System, Sales and Marketing, Production Information Monitoring System, Bill Tracking System etc. The HRD, Recruitment, Transfer, Promotion, Employee Information, Salary Information are kept in Personnel, employee salary computation, pay slip generation is done through Payroll System, vouchers and Cheques are generated online through the Finance System etc. This system is totally integrated as every related module is logically connected with other. Coal Net Application is developed using the latest Industry Standard Multi-tier Architecture using Java based J2EE technology - in which Oracle(11g) is at the Database Tier, Business Components (Core Java Components) running on Oracle Web-Logic Application Server is at the Middle/Business Tier and JSP, Web Beans, HTML, JavaScript at the Presentation Tier.

Analysis, development and enhancement of Finance Information System modules as per the Clients requirements.

Experience Across in Finance Information System (Likes General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fund Management, Bank Guarantee, Final Cashbook, Trial Balance, Central Ledger, Detail Register, Unit Ledger etc.)
