•Conceptualized and implemented a tracking system that decreased Medical Hold Sailors Physical Evaluation Board (PEB) inputs to Navy Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) and PERS by a remarkable 45%. Through his diligent coordination of over 60 PEB packages, he reduced the management overhead of injured sailors while in the Physical Evaluation Boards (PEB) process.
