Project & Location: Infrastructure Works for Villas & Spine Road (CP08-A1 & CP08-A2) - Qetaifan Islands South at Lusail Qatar
The project involves construction of an infrastructure facilities such as structures, utilities, landscape works for Qetaifan villas and roadways. It will include a spine road, associated electrical cabling, water mains, sewage system, storm drainage, irrigation system, gas supply and telecommunications (utilities). Also have 11KV substations as well as sewage pumping stations and underground car parks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote safe work conduct to all staff and employees
Provide full time coverage during all shifts at their designated worksite
Report directly to the relevant Health and Safety Supervisor and assist the Health and Safety Manager as required
Assist the Health and Safety Supervisor and/or the management team on matters arising with respect to day to day Health and Safety requirements
Conduct daily site health, safety inspections and immediately rectify unsafe acts or conditions
Ensure that safe methods of work are employed
Ensure that all applicable rules and regulation are being observed on site all times
Ensure that the provisions of the safety controls for the task are complied with
Assist investigations with regard to accidents/incidents or dangerous occurrences by compiling and reporting all relevant details required to the Health and Safety Supervisor and/or Health and Safety Manager
Assist in review and recommendation of means to prevent reoccurrence of such incidents to their Health and Safety
