Senior façade design in charge (For Design & Execution) Qatar integrated Railway project

MMMMsherieb sherieb & Education Dec 2017 onwards.
First phase of the metro project is expected to be finished by 2019 in order to upgrade infrastructure ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The project include three new metro lines Red Line, Green Line & Gold Line, totaling a length of 86 kilometers, and 38 stations in Qatar's capital, Doha.
The major stations is a key part of the Doha Metro project. Msheireb is the central station, linking all three of the lines under construction during the project’s first phase (red, green and gold).
MainResponsibilities Main Duties & Responsibilities.
Hands-on in monitoring the architectural works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual.
Team Lead for Architectural Site Office team and site team.
Assigned on working finishes, Glazing/stone /GRC items Wall finishes and ceilings.
Assigning tasks to the team and make sure are completed on time and are in line with local codes and design specifications.
Coordinating with the Subcontractors/Vendors
Participating in regular meetings with management, subcontractors & client representative.

Msherieb Down Town Project (Phase-Phase -3) Aug 2014 to Nov 2017. Msheireb Properties is located in the heart of Doha and it is a mixed development project. The project aims to achieve upon completion a US Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Gold certification. Msheireb is the world’s first sustainable downtown regeneration project that will revive the old commercial district with a new architectural language that is modern, yet inspired by traditional Qatari heritage and architecture
MainResponsibilities Main Duties & Responsibilities
Reviewing, and processing all shop drawings and architectural technical submittals
Monitor [sub] contractor’s performance in relation to acceptable standards.
To ensure response to necessary construction documentation, Issuing, RFI’S
Assign tasks to the Draftsmen, ensure to the met the deadlines
