The Riyadh Metro Project.

Re-Measurable Subcontract Civil and Fit-Out works of Elevated Stations 6G1, 6G2 and 6H1.

The cost of the Project is USD 49,413,116.17 approx.

Responsibilities and Contribution

Reporting to Contracts Manager and Project manager.

Pre and post contract Quantification.

Detailed Study of all Tender documents & contract conditions.

Assist the Project Manager in all contractual and financial aspects of project.

Dealing with variations and the change control processes.

Co-ordinate with the Client for issues related to estimation & costing.

Maintain a project diary - (with respect to commercial / contractual issues).

Prepare Quantity Take off ’s as required by the Project Manager.

Attendance at project progress meetings as required by the Project Manager.

Organize meetings with the contractor to resolve issues relating to the billing.

Project Description-Construction of 225/33 KV Substation Yard and Control Room Building. Roads, Sewerage system, Cable trenches, Laying of Fiber Optic Cables.

RESPONSIBLITIES-

Management of resources at site.

Execution of Precast and Cast in situ Civil Structures such as Cable Trenches and Water Drain covers, Building columns, Slab, Foundations of 20 MVA & 40 MVA Transformers Gantry Towers & foundations of other appliances, Retaining structures as per contracts specifications.

Soil testing required to measure moisture content after compaction.

Carrying out inspections with client.

Surveying, Layout for foundations and trenches.

Road work.

Billing work. Started preparing RA Bill for client approval.

Landscaping.

Started my profession as a Trainee for Sahyog Technobuild Private Limited, Contracting firm of JAYPEE India Limited Greater Noida in 2009 July & relived as Site Engineer in the year 2010 November.

Formwork of acroprops and acrospan.

Brick masonry of 115mm and 230mm.

Plastering such as Sand faced plaster with sponge finish for exterior and interior walls of thickness 25mm, 20mm, 16mm and 12mm.
