·Physical demands requiring bending, stooping, and frequently lifting heavy objects up to 100 pounds.

·Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

·Able to respond to emergencies after regular working hours and on weekends,

· And willing to work an irregular schedule, which may include weekends, holidays, evenings, and/or varying hours.
