● Involved in building a Returns logistics for the company by giving valuable inputs on data required, process and customer preference

● Built a buyer feedback system where in, initially we called up our buyers but are now moving towards customer feedback emails by creating content depending on the outputs of the customer feedback calls

● Built a better Contact Us page so that most of the customer issues get resolved on our website and they do not need to contact us directly and wait for a response.
