Designation : Technical support Executive (Order management and server team).

Playing a key role & responsible for critical calls.

Releasing the case to the onsite with required part & engineer.

Responsible to handle Escalated issues of customer needs.

Co-ordinate point between Customers and HP onsite technical team till closer of case.

Brief profile

Monitoring the Queue for any fresh cases logged and action on the same.

Tracking the customer logged case status to meet SLA and improve the overall TAT.

Engage with internal teams, regional counter parts, partners in assigned geography to manage end-to-end customer processes.

Work with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely delivery of required spares to the customer site.

Projects

I.Lead Business continuity plan (BCP) – Separation of HPE and Tool down time.

Manual case logging and tracking, ensuring the customer update manually.

Coordinating with internal teams for the manual case tracking and processing.

Ordering the part manually and work with logistic team for the part on time shipment to correct customer location.

Coordination with onsite engineers to ensure the calls are attended on time.

II.End to End tracking of the server cases logged by customer

Coordinate with Case logging team, trouble shooting team and onsite field team to set up the process

Tracking the case of the customer regarding the server issue from the time of case logged till the closure of the case.

To coordinate with internal teams for the faster processing of the case if the server is down irrespective of the SLA, track the case till the resolution.
