General job task and responsibilities:

Utilizing cranes to replace/repair defective equipment weighing up to 65 tons on wind turbines while working with the customer to accomplish the objectives set out in front of the team in a safe and professional manner.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Leading teams to the completion of various tasks on a multitude of operating platforms. Each of which having different procedures and LOTO requirements.

Directing and positioning personnel to maximize proficiency in the work area while inspecting crane foundation stability and occasionally utilizing alternative lifting techniques.
