Citi Group migrated its wealth management platform from Morgan Stanley Smith Barney(MSSB) to Pershing. The subset of Personal Wealth Management, Citi Private Bank, and International Private Bank currently receive variable Financial Advisor compensation via MSSB’s FA compensation system. So a comparable Citi-retained
compensation system needed to sustain variable compensation for CPB, IPB, and CPWM Financial Advisors.
Responsibilities
Identify the business requirements though FA Comp Plan, and define the scope.
Validate the define scope through reengineering of MSSB data.
Maintain Issue log for gaps/conflict parts and to discuss with stakeholders.
