Worked as the field operator on their Vaghodia, Vadodara, Gujarat plant in PSA plant &

instrument air compressor unit during the above time period.

CURRENTLY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

Supervised on site for all related matters and deal with clients, consultants

Monitoring the preventive equipment’s maintenance work

Dealing with the equipment troubleshooting when required

Effectively executing and tackling all kinds of assignments involving the field operation

Evaluated contracts for equipment maintenance, reviewed the same to ensure conforming

standards

Maintaining and ensuring high safety standers during operational and maintenance activates

Troubleshoots equipment’s and assists in designing problem areas

Manpower handling (contractors) and shift allocation for employees

Ensured that project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

Handled high processing pumps (centrifugal &positive displacement pumps)Preparation of daily report and activates report

Preparing monthly reports

Record maintenance and housekeeping activities

Scada operation and worked knowledge of VFD

Design and build top quality MCC, control distribution panels, switchgear, variable

frequency drives, SCADA, HMI Systems and soft starter.
