I was a mobile application developer for Notifyd Device, a HIPPA compliant mobile application that allows home health administrators to send work requests, and other important information via push notification and internal app messaging. The Android and IOS apps are built using Native(java, swift) languages, React Native(hybrid) and published to the App and Play Stores.
Notifyd uses Firebase services for authentication and authorization, and Firestore to provide data persistence and realtime updates.
Google cloud functions are used as Firestore listeners, and provide a serverless backend for mobile specific resources.
