Fraudulent Firm Detection – Python, Seaborn, Tensorflow, Keras, Scikit-Learn, Matplotlib May 2019 – June 2019

• Built a Classification model to detect the fraud in 777 firms using Logistic Regression, K-NN Classification, Decision Trees and SVM in Machine Learning.

• Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) predicted the audit risk with an accuracy of 94.1% and Support Vector Classifier with poly kernel trick (SVC – poly) classified fraudulent firms from others with an accuracy of 97.3%. Estimate the effect of right to carry gun laws on crime rate – R, Tableau April 2019 – May 2019

• Performed fixed-effects analysis, entity fixed effect analysis and Random effects model on the panel data to analyze the effect of right to carry gun laws on the crime rate for the 50 US states, plus the District of Columbia (“total of 51 states”), annually from 1977 to 1999.

• Conducted hypothesis testing on several attributes from the models to deal with problems like endogeneity and heteroskedasticity and concluded that the laws do not significantly reduce the crime rate in USA Database design for LargeCo and Forecasting sales – MS SQL Server, Excel November 2018 – December 2018

• Performed data cleaning to correct the missing values, wrong map of records, bad characters, flag/null indicators.

• Created schema, identified primary keys and foreign keys and normalized the database to ensure data integrity and consistency.
