PROFESSIONALSYNOPSIS:-

With 4 year 2month of experience in Production Department as an Engineer (Machine shop) in TII INDIA PVT LTD BAWAL (HARYANA).

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Currently Working with TII INDIA PVT Ltd. Bawal, Haryana as an Engineer Machine Shop from 15th June 2015

to till date. TII INDIA PVT Ltd (TII GROUP) is a German group of company manufacturing of heavy-duty transporting system as wind blade carrier (WBC), Modular Trailer, Girder Bridge, ship transporting system . JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Responsible for Manpower handling & Daily Production planning. Calculate raw material inventory and records on monthly basis. Convert DXF into CNC language by using nesting software. Review SOP for new projects and review of safety stock annually as per production requirement. Ensuring latest revision number of all drawing and DXF. BOM verification and correction.

Production target achievement with MIN. down time. Follow up operating procedures & work instruction. Maximum utilization of available resources like Men, Machines & Material. Good knowledge of CNC Programming (TURBONEST) & Operation of CNC PLASMA and OXYFUEL. Making a new part program and development according to drawing. Ensuring zero accident in my section & capturing near misses. Analyses, troubleshoot, and determine technical problems. Review plan and availability of material during every shift of production & Responsible for ensuring material feeding Day wise/Shift wise in Production Area. Coordination with all functional departments’ quality, production and design for smooth flow of daily production. Ensure traceability of materials through FIFO system to issue at production line. Review daily production logbook, check sheet and cutting parameter sheet for machine shop. Daily critical shortage report evaluation & punching on server. Cycle time study for new projects as well as existing projects. Daily basis Rejection & Rework analysis

Look after for training need of operators, helpers and maintain all training records. To implement 5’S and kaizen activities .

Daily attending internal meeting and discuss the past day problem, and take suitable countermeasure with CFT Team.

Responsible for maintaining production reports, BSC and Daily Production Sheet. Responsible for OEE data calculation.

ECN/ECA implementation.

ACHIEVEMENTS:-

Fixture development for new projects .

Reduce cycle time.

Reduce cutting defects.

TECHINICALKNOWLEDGE:-

Good knowledge in programming and operation of CNC PLAMA AND OXYFUEL CUTTING. Setting, Leveling, unloading and Loading heavy steel plates using EOT Crain. Knowledge of Developing and modifying of new jigs and fixture according to requirement of job. Knowledge of Developing and modifying DXF in AutoCAD and Draftsight. Good knowledge of Selection of consumables tools and instrument for cutting operation. Good knowledge about different type of measuring instrument. Well knowledge about SOP which is used for freeze the working method . Good knowledge about the Engineering Drawing.

Well knowledge in material and manpower handling.

TECHNICAL & ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:-

Diploma in Tool and Die Making (Equivalent to Mechanical engineering) from ATTC Sikkim 2012-2015 Batch with 72% marks.

HSE Board of Public Examination Kerala in March 2019. S.S.L.C Board of public Examination Kerala n March 2008. SIGNIFICANT SKILLS:-
