Overall engineering coordination

Assuring the uniformity and consistency of the design engineering activities.

Acting as an Engineering Manager for Onshore Maintain Potential Program, undertaking the following roles and responsibilities: o Responsible for engineering across the Onshore Maintain Potential Program and projects executed under it.

o Ensuring overall technical integrity and safe design process are applied. o Liaise with Saudi Aramco PMT team to obtain all the input data required for design and engineering.

o Monitor the interface control between disciplines and instigate corrective actions when necessary;

o Assists in the resolution of design issues without impacting on the project’s safety and sustainable design goals

o Checks the scope of the engineering activities and material requisitioning; o Management of engineering resources. Liaise with the Principal Discipline Engineer/ Department Head to ensure sufficient qualified resources are assigned to each project.

o Coordination of technical query process.

and spare parts and data package (SPDP) coordinator for the project. I was following up with vendors’ shipments and arrival materials to update the schedule. Also, ensure the materials meet Aramco Standards.


(June -December 2015)

I was part of the university team, which provided eBay Global Connectivity Services project management team with consultation over their project to add major Internet Servers at two locations. The ASU team tracked all the project milestones using the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) monitor and control standards, as well as provided frequent updates to management following the PMBOK project communication management guidelines.

The ASU team also performed analysis on the expected availability of redundant and non- redundant services with and without on-site spare servers, identifying some services that fall short of the service level agreement.

I was part of the university team, which managed and tracked technical support tickets and provided efficient support to faculty and students at Arizona State University. The team implemented a series of 3 phases.

o Phases 1: included a template to efficiently generate support ticket with general required information.

o Phase 2: implemented a convenient method of returning feedback using five-star system.
