PROJECT ENGINEER, E-BAY
(June -December 2015)
I was part of the university team, which provided eBay Global Connectivity Services project management team with consultation over their project to add major Internet Servers at two locations. The ASU team tracked all the project milestones using the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) monitor and control standards, as well as provided frequent updates to management following the PMBOK project communication management guidelines.
The ASU team also performed analysis on the expected availability of redundant and non- redundant services with and without on-site spare servers, identifying some services that fall short of the service level agreement.

I was part of the university team, which managed and tracked technical support tickets and provided efficient support to faculty and students at Arizona State University. The team implemented a series of 3 phases.
o Phases 1: included a template to efficiently generate support ticket with general required information.
o Phase 2: implemented a convenient method of returning feedback using five-star system.
