Data Analyst 2019 to Present

In this role, I have been responsible to bring better visibility to numbers and production information. To develop and apply, when possible, automation on routines in order to bring more efficiency to different processes.

Accessing a front-end tool to extract data, I could build and automate a report to track all account vehicles and their phases in the process. Which helped to better use the company's tool and standardize customer reports.

Using Microsoft Excel, I could generate a productivity dashboard using data collected from daily reports, showing points of improvement and gaps in the process. As a result, we now can give inspectors better feedback, presenting visual charts and training information for quality improvement on their job.

For area responsible for stocking cars in I developed a toll using an app from IOS so the field team can perform a quick search on a customer database to bring the necessary information for system registration.

Data Analyst 2017 to 2018

With the understanding of databases from my Business Unit and how they were joined, I was responsible for the information kept and extracted from DW (Oracle) as per reports and ad-hoc requests from sales, marketing and finance departments.

I have replaced the previous extraction (via Hyperion) and data processing (by MS Access) method to a faster and automated process using SAS Guide for data, extraction, cleanup, and conversion resulting in:

oFaster data processing with less human interaction;

oBases that are updated and sent to specific departments

oDashboards auto-updated (Tableau);

oComplex business rules compiled and treated with less processing time.

Reporting Analyst 2016 to 2017

I was responsible to understand all bases regarding the Digital Identity BU, providing the KPI's and attending any ad hoc requests from the marketing, sales and finance department.

With an eye for details, I worked along the Governance and Compliance Department throughout audits and fraud investigation on our customer database.

I could lead weekly indicators meeting with managers and coordinators in order to have a follow up with each ongoing campaign and support the project Director straightly.

Database Marketing Analyst Intermediate Level 2014 to 2016

With the knowledge of all bases regarding customer information, I was responsible for collecting, collating and carrying out complex queries and data analysis to support different departments, and perform marketing studies to bring to my internal customers, insights, and numbers to support any marketing strategy decision so as advising on the suitability of methodologies and suggesting improvements. Also, I could support the Campaign department, with database cleansing on contact and address information.

In this role I led a Data Quality project of cleansing, enriching and recording all customer information to support the DBM Campaign department, making available the best option to reach out to the final customer, improving in more than 40% the contact index on the phone, email and mail campaigns.


Stefanini (IT Consultant), Sao Paulo, Brazil – Process Analyst (2014 to 2014)

Working allocated in the customer (LATAM Airlines). I was responsible to gather, analyze and record all Service Level Agreement reports from suppliers and generate management dashboards. Also, coordinating meetings with suppliers to align expectations and SLA fulfillment.

IBM, Sao Paulo, Brazil – Process Analyst (2009 to 2013)

I could have the first year doing my placement at IBM, being hired as a Process Analyst in 2010. Having Santander bank as our customer, I interact with financial systems and also had the opportunity to take ITIL certification and use the methodology in different departments such as:

IT Change Management - Evaluating and approving changing orders looking forward to keeping the business availability and integrity also defending implementations during Change Committees.

IT Problem Management - Investigating and classifying technical problems into the environment reporting success and dealing with backlog cases. Make sure that all critical or major incidents are addressed within proper SLA to respective areas.

IT Governance – Uploading and updating information on SharePoint so as controlling members' accesses and privileges to proper information.


Experian, Sao Paulo, Brazil – Volunteer (2016 to 2018)

As a volunteer in a company's program for employees with disabilities, I was allocated to work right beside a co-worker that is a person who is blind. I was responsible to guarantee that he would have any help to perform his activities and to provide specific support during an emergency. That was an incredible experience that brought me a great friend.

Also, I could bring some insights and suggestions, based on environmental scans, in order to bring a positive impact on my/others work in another company’s initiative called “Hands-On”.
