Performance tested the implementation of Oracle’s Retail Merchandising System (RMS) as a solution for managing its constantly growing stores and e-commerce volumes. Its main components Retail Management System (RMS), Retail Price Management (RPM), Retail Demand Forecasting (RDF), Retail Sales Audit (ReSA), Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) and Store Inventory Management (SIM). Retail Integration Bus (RIB) is a message-based integration platform that supports the asynchronous publish-and-subscribe enterprise integration pattern.

The portfolio also included IBM OMS (Order Management System), Mass PO update with CAI, Move and Release, Find Inventory Call, Gift Card and Holiday Readiness

This project was to provide a complete end to end Performance Testing solution, from Requirements Gathering to Execution and Sign off on the Completion Report. The Performance testing exercise was to measure the Performance of Kohl’s Warehouse Management Open System (WMOS, Manhattan Warehouse Management System) at time of Holiday season.

Multi-Location Order Fulfillment (MLOF):

The primary purpose of Multi-Location Order Fulfillment (MLOF) is to enable order fulfillment from multiple facilities for E-Commerce orders using the same SKU. With the rollout of four E-Commerce Fulfillment Centers (EFC), limitations in the current order management system (OMS) required a single SKU to be fulfilled from either of the four eFC’s. Kohl’s has chosen to integrate the IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) application with the logistics systems. The IBM Sterling OMS provides intelligent sourcing and allows the implementation of Multi-location order fulfillment. The implementation of these intelligent sourcing decisions is expected to reduce shipping costs, improve cash flow, and provide improved visibility to E-Commerce returns

They had clients across various locations in India, USA and Europe that required a customized inventory system.

There requirement was to setup a system for tracking the stocks in the inventory and used by each department and the finished products. It also provides with reports containing details about the consumption of goods and the defects introduced by the various departments during the manufacturing process, thus helping in defect management, increasing productivity and reduce wastage in each step of the manufacturing process.
